Shipping and Delivery Policy

Prime Home TN is committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below:

1. Delivery of the same product may not be possible always as per location, But the customer has a right to get a 100% refund as a coupon means we provide a coupon of the full amount to the customer.

2. Primehometn reserved all rights to accept the order or refuse the order at any point of time after receiving the order and in all such cases we will refund the 100% amount to the customer (Bank account/wallet/coupon), However, We all try to accept all the order.

3. In all delivery attempted cases, Where the recipient is not available at the given location or refuses to take the product. We are not responsible for refunding the amount. Since we deal with perishable products, Hence in such cases the order will be marked as delivered.

4. Octroi charges if any, will be paid by the customer, If it is applicable in the recipient location.

5. We have the right to delay your order due to natural calamity.

6.The ordered items shall be delivered on the selected date and within the designated slot as chosen by the customer.

7. In the event that the ordered items are not delivered within the chosen time slot or on the selected date, the maximum Service Level Agreement for delivery resolution is set at 5 days from the originally specified delivery date.

8. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed.

9. Gift products of Cake, Flower bouquet and basket, Chocolates, Dry fruits, Fresh fruit basket, lucky bamboo, Perfume and sweets is processing as per your mentioned date. Because cake, flower, fruits arrangement, chocolate arrangement and sweets is maked as per order date.

10. Cake, Flower bouquet and Fresh fruit is processing as per your mentioned date and delivered as you are mentioned date

Order Processing

  • Order Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Business Days: Our order processing operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to all locations across India.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
